  Finding a banjo teacher was not easy and then I can across Alex. Being a complete beginning I was extremely nervous at my first lesson, but after entering his studio, Alex soon put me at ease, with his warm and giving nature. In the relaxed atmosphere of his studio, Alex tailored the lesson to suit me and explained things in a way that I could understand. He is a teacher with tremendous knowledge and passion for his music and he was happy to share this with a complete beginner. I left the lesson buzzing and could not wait to get home to practice. I feel that I have found a great teacher and cannot wait for my next lesson.
