  Don't get me wrong...just because I have given it 5* does not mean that I love coming here. Usually the sign of a bad day for me. And of those there are many!
  
  HOWEVER the staff here are very helpful and always resolve the problem quickly. They do not take advantage of the fact that car trivia is not my speciality. Their waiting room has drinks and a bathroom and is fully enclosed and air conditioned meaning that my kids at minimum are not going to kill themselves. There are also free drinks.
